Default Mr. A. Miller please another help regarding spousal case

If I want to apply for spouse before landing but don't want to accompany her (only complete processing her case) , then isl it required the application fees and land fees.Pls mention that I want to process but don't want to accompany for the first time.

Another question, is it possible to get married without coming back own county after landing in Canada.Like telephone or other way of registry ?

If spouse is not accompanying then fees are not needed, but such dependent
spouse must undergo medicals and other admissibility checks anyway. And if
spouse is not accompanying you will not get any points in the Adaptability
factor for spouse's education, etc.

Mridulshaikh --

Your wordings are not clear, but let me attempt to answer your
questions:

What do you mean by "first time".
There is only one time landing.
If you are not planning to accompany her, then she must indicate that
you are a non-accompanying spouse in her application.
Landing fees for you will not be needed.

If you want to join her later, she will have to file a fresh spousal
application for you (and pay new fees applicable at that point).
A requirement of that will be that she has established her residency
in Canada, and not simply landed.

Which country are you from?
Most countries do not allow that.
A notable exception is the state of Texas, where recently an astronaut
got married over satellite link.

Sorry I didn't get your question correctly the first time.
Yes, a spouse of a PR can accompany the primary applicant out of
Canada multiple times.
Such a period may or may not count towards residency requirements,
depending on several factors.
Check the residency requirements for maintaining PR.

Telephone Marriage:
******************

" A marriage in which one party participates by telephone without a
proxy is a legal marriage if it is legally recognized according to the
law of the place where it occurred. They are LEGAL MARRIAGES for
immigration purposes provided the marriage meets the other
requirements".
