Default Mr. Miller and other experts: Application Help pl.

This is for the experts: please help. Thanks in advance.

I am applying for Immigration to Canada. I am a 43 YO, fluent in
English and French, Bachelor's degree (3 years) with 3 years work
experience in both Computer Operating and 3 more years experience as
a Paralegal.

My questions are:
(a) I understand now there is no "selected occupations" list. So does
it matter as to which work experience I indicate on my application
(either Computer operator OR Paralegal)?

(b) My Bachelor's Degree is in arts. Therefore, it jells in somewhat
with the Paralegal experience. Is this correct or the Computer
Operator experience will be considered a 'valid' work experience after
the Bachelor of Arts degree as well?

1. You should disclose all your jobs/occupations. But if you worked as
Paralegal simply using computer as a tool then you were not computer
operator.

2. Work experience doesn't need to be related to education.
