Default Mr miller, one last question please

Mr miller hello,

I would like to ask you one and last question regarding my PR application, please

spare a moment and kindly answer my query.

I had my interview in Tel-Aviv on 22-11-07, the visa officer wanted to challenge

the authenticity of my IELTS test score ( L 8, R 7, W 7, S 7 ) because she felt

that my spoken and written English does not stand to this marks. She said at

the end of the interview : you have 67 points and 5 points for adaptability ( I

have two uncles in Canada).

To make a long story short on 19-12-2007 she sent me a letter telling me that

because my IELTS test was done on December 2003 she could not check

with the British Council ( they keep records for the last two years ) therefor

she asked me to resit the test , that i did on 19-01-2008 and scored ( L 6.5,

R 6.5, W 6, S 7.5 ) total points 10.

My question is will she consider the first or the last test ?

Will she allow me to resit the test or she will close my file because my total

points will be only 66 points ?

In her letter she gave me 120 days to submit the new results ( I have until

April 19 )

Thank you for your time in advance.

yours sincerely,

Raneer

1. They will only consider the last result, which lowers you points to 66, so you better redo the IELTS and hope that you improve your score within the 120 days.
