Default Mr Miller and Mr Jim: Both please advise!

Dear Experts,

Mr Jim and Mr Miller both of your opinion is appreciated. Please read.

In the last communication from Buffalo which was received in Dec'03, the
following statement
is worth noticing-
-----
This refers to your application for admission to Canada. Your application is
still under active
consideration. However, before we can CONCLUDE your case, we require the
complete
results of your medical examinations, instructions for which were issued to
you some time ago.
-----
After this letter we did our medicals on Dec29 and the results were sent to
Ottawa on Jan 5, 04.
Last month, without being asked, we had sent the ROLF which the consulate
promptly cashed
on Feb 27.
It has been more than 3 months since medicals and we haven't heard anything
back from Buffalo.
The e-Client status shows 'InProcess' for the last 2 years.

As per the letter, only medicals are awaited to conclude our case.

Experts, what in your opinion, is holding them up ? How long will it take to
get the PP request ? I think
I am close.
For the background, I am an Indian citizen, living in US for 5 years.
Applied in Nov 2001.

Thank you for your opinion.

It takes anywhere from 2 to 5 months for Ottawa to make medical assessment
and forward decision to Buffalo. You are almost there.
