Mr Miller Or Mr Humphries
THERE IS A MAN IN ENGLAND WITH THE SAME NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH AS ME WHO HAS A POLICE RECORD,WE HAVE BEEN MIXED UP BEFORE SO WHEN IT COMES TO POLICE CHECKS FOR APPLICATION WHAT IS STOPPING IT HAPPENING AGAIN,THE POLICE CHECK YHEY ASKED FOR WAS CLEAR BUT THEY ASKED FOR IT TWICE,THANKS FOR ANY HELP

your UK police check comes back in the form of a letter stating whether
ornot they hold any information on you in the police national computer. So
you should be able to clearly see whether there has been a mistake when you
receive that letter, before you submit it to CIC. IF it states some sort of
record that is not yours then you can sort that out before sending it in.
They are also supposed to use other information such as where you have lived
and so forth that should differentiate between you and your doppleganger.

the police check we sent in didn't have a record on it but i had to send off for it twice,what i dont want is the chc to check my record and this guy comes up on the computer and they turn me down
