Mr Miller, I need your advice
I reached my final stage to get an immigrant visa for me & my wife, but before
a few days i received a letter from Canadian high commission, London ( I am
living in United Arab Emirates )asking for extra documents. To make it clear
i will mention the exact sentence they submitted " Please provide copies of
your police certificates from UAE, Jordan & Israel ( for yourself and your
wife ) when sending your passports + photos + checklist ". Now i am confused
if they need the old copies of police certificates that i sent before ( june
2002 ) or they need a new police certificates. please help me with your advice
since i will take a long time to get it and they gave me only 60 days to hear
from me. Thanking you and all others for their opinions.

Dear poster,
Now here 2 things are there.You have mentioned that they have asked
for pcc from tese 3 countries.You have mentioned that u have already
sent earlier.Currently u are living in saudi.So u send updated pcc for
ur stay at saudi.If u have gone to the other 2 countries(and stayed
for more then 6 months) after obtaining ur police certificates then u
have to apply again.If u have not gone to these 2 countries then u
just send the earlier certificates again explaining the above .

It is irrelevant that you haven't visited Israel and visited Jordan
for only a month since your last police certificates - you may have
been convicted in absentia in any of those countries for something you
did while you were there and this is why updated certificates are
needed.

for only a month since your last police certificates - you may have
