Mr.Miller and Experts
I studied 10 years in school in Russia.The program is 10 years in all Russian
schools.Does it count of 12 years of Canadian secondary school educational
credentials? Also I graduated from Leningrad Polytechnic Institute.I studied 5
years.How many years of education I should state totally 15 or 17? How many points
for education I can obtain 20 or 22?

It doesn't matter that in Canada (and in most of the world) now secondary education
requires 12 grades. What counts is what was the standard length of the secondary (or
any other) education program in the country you obtained it at that time. For example
- if person finished secondary education in country "X" after 10th grade several
years ago and now in that country standards have been changed to 12 grades for such
education then s/he still can only count 10 years of education for secondary
education.
So, in your case you have 10 years of secondary and 5 years of university level
education - this is 15 years and you'll get 20 points.
