Default Mr. Miller, atte, please

I have been in Canada for 4 years and 5 months, two years as Permanant resiende and 2 yeas and 5 months as international student in canada. During this period, I have never been outside canada.
My question:
Am I qualified for applying for Canadian citizenship now
Thanks in advance

Your presence in Canada before becoming a PR counts as half time to the max of 1 year - thus you got 1 year for living in Canada on student visa and 2 years as a PR. If you have never left Canada in past 4 years then you may apply for citizenship now.
