I need some advice.

I sponsored my parents about year and a half ago. Everything was going ok so far and it seemed like they would be getting the immigration soon but then I got a letter saying that their case might be dismissed due to my mothers moderate to severe osteoarthritis problem.

I was wondering if anything heard or went through the same problem and what are the chances of getting through this problem and getting the immgration (what I mean is that is it worth it to pursue the immgration further) and also if somebody know a good lawyer in Toronto area who has know a lawyer specializing in medical inadmisability cases
