I have a question on landing. I applied as an skilled worker from a city in a Canda, and plan to land in Toronto soon.
I want to know how in-land applicants can land without going outside Canada, i.e., just take a domestic flight from here to Toronto, and then land there without going outside Canada. If I can not land inland, is it necessary to apply for a US visa, even I only want to be in US for a minute, and then back immediatelly.
Thanks in advance

No you cannot "land" in Canada. You are going to have to go to the Border
and go around the "flagpole". You do not enter the US. What happens is
that you drive past the Canadian side and there will be a sign that says
"return to Canada". You take this route and voila, you are at Canadian
customs, where you tell them that you are landing
and you will be referred to Immigration.
