Default Mr Miller: 10 year sponsorship undertaking

If a person signed a 10 year sponsorship undertaking in 2001 is that 10 years still valid? Or did that agreement magically change to 3 years after the laws changed in June 2002?

Yes, you signed the contract and it is valid for the duration it was signed. New law has nothing to do with it.
