We have just got out PR landing papers from Singapore.We are already in Canada.We need to go to the US border to activate our PR.My hubby has a US visa and he is the principal applicant.Myself and son do not have a US visa.Do we need a visa to go upto to the US border? we are Indian citizens.

You don't need a US visa as technically you are not entering the US. Just explain to them what you are doing. The term for this is "going round the flagpole" , lots of people do it.
