Not for myself.but for a colleage but on reading express entry skilled worker etc.we are confused.
how can a non skilled worker in Canada ,over 6months work experience ,language tests done,letter from employer offering full time employment if given nomination by the province proceed now?must he go express entry or is the "old way" still valid?
The province is Manitoba ,MPNP>

The old way is not valid for new applicants.

You don't have to go through the EE system. you can still apply with the paper based application for PNP nominees. I will see if I can find the link answering this on the CIC website. I know I did read it on a CIC site.
