Default moving to nunavut question

Hi all, i know there's not really any real estate on nunavut, but if i
wanted to buy some land to live on in it, who would i go to buy land?
should i go to the nunavut government or the main canadian one? I
wanted to buy land on the south of baffin island.

Why on earth would you want to do that? lol. Expecting to strike oil or something???

Well anyway so far as I'm aware Nanuvut is a fully fledged province these days so I'd assume they would have jurisdiction over their own land, so i'd start by contacting them, not Ottawa.

wanted to invest in it one day. who knows. and besides it's desolate
