Moving back to home country duting processing time

Hi,

I'm in United State. Suppose I sent the immigration application (skilled
independent) to Buffalo Office, and later then I move back to my home
country which is Vietnam. What will happend to my case ?

Re: Moving back to home country duting processing time

It will continue to be processed by Buffalo. You should notify Buffalo about
change of residential address and it is a good idea to maintain mailing
address in US (and of course notify Buffalo about it as well). But if you
are called for interview and can't get US visa then you'll be in troubles.
So, if you are sure that you are leaving US and are not sure that you can
get US visa when needed then don't apply through Buffalo.
