Moved: Starting a overseas business in Canada
If you have a LTD company in UK and start a overseas branch in Canada,
Can you send a worker over to canada perminantly through a visa/work permit?
Anyone with experience of setting a foreign branch in canada.
Or would it be easier to start a new company in canada, and simply enter on business visitor?

If you set up a company in Canada you cannot work in it without the appropriate visa nor would a new company get approval for a temporary or permanent worker to come to Canada to work there. You should approach the provincial officials in your destination province to see whether you can work a deal through them.
