hello,could someone clarify 'landing'.We have had our medicals in may 2007 but due to circumstances we are not sure if we still want to emigrate to Canada.We have noted from previous threads that the visas are valid 12 months from the date of the medicals.Does the term 'landing' mean that you must move to Canada permanently within this 12 month period or would a visit suffice with a view to emigrating after the 12 month period has expired.

Land within 12 months of your meds and then t keep pr you must be resident for 2 out of 5 years

Your visa COPR will confirm the date they are valid to, I wouldn't automatically assume it is one year from your medicals (although that is the date they are likely to be valid to)
