Dear MR. Miller

I applied my application to CIC London under skilled worker as a graphic designer and my relative in Toronto own a Gas station, and he will attend to send me an approved job offer which it will be different (Gas filler-accountant) from listed career (graphic designer) in my application.
The question is:
1- do the HRSDC will approve and accept this job offer or not?
2- If approved, what the validation period for job offer starting from issuing date

*Note: the job offer is only to support my application and gain more points.
My best regards

Not a chance. Gas filler-accountant isn't a real job.
It won't be in an appropriate NOC category.
Your relative hasn't advertised the job and attempted to employ a Canadian first.
It is not a genuine offer of employment.

I don't think people will appreciate you trying to cheat the system.

There are no shortage of gas fillers in Canada. Do you have formal accounting qualifications?

You got answers - nothing to add. I totally agree with bazzz and Surrey Expat on the issue.
