Default More final Questions ;) haha

First - thank you to all the kind souls who have been through this process and are answering questions - it is greatly appreciated.

Ok, so my question is my husband is a dual Brit/Spanish citizens.

His first name is Shaun (which has no Spanish equivalent). His middle name is William, which has the Spanish equivalent of Guillermo. On his Spanish documents his middle name has been translated and it reads Shaun Guillermo instead of Shaun William. Do I need to make a note in my file to explain this or is it self explanatory?

Related - in Spain they always include your mothers maiden name on your documents - so in addition to his fathers last name which obviously is included on his British documentation his Spanish documents have the extra name. Again, do I need to explain this?

I hope that's made sense.

Yes, I would definitely explain all of this is a separate attachment that you send with your pack.
