Default Miller Jim and Berto your advise needed

I applied for Immigration to canada on March 2000 and recently got the
letter that my interview will be on April 2003 and that is well after
March 2003.But the problem is i am not qualified and under new rules i
am getting only 60 points so i won't qualify under the new rules at
the time when i attend the interview.I earlier thought that they will
reject my case when they revisit my file at the time of scheduling
interview. But they send me the letter for the interview date.

What I still don't understand is why the CHC is going to
continue to schedule interviews for people like me who will get
rejected under the new
regulations?

What i have to do now at the interview because i am not qualified
under the new rule of passmark 70.Can i avoid attending that because
what i feel going there personally and getting rejected infront of the
officer because of the reason of not qualifying under the new rule i
feel better i can stay away from the interview. What do you say?what
can i do now?

Your case was put into the interview queue long ago and it will not be
re-assessed until such interview - this is why you are called for one. If you
are sure that there is nothing you can do to substantially increase your points
prior to interview and you are prepared to give up then just withdraw your
application. But there is always something what can be done to improve your
chances - you just don't see it. It would be wise to seek professional
assistance.
