I will be landing in Canada in a few weeks and then my GF is going to visit
me so we can marry and make an inland application.

This is my question: can I sponsor her soon after arriving if I get a job
or I will need to wait for some weeks or months to be approved as a
sponsor?

What happends if another relative living in Canada who has a very good
income co-signs the application? Will that work even if I don't have a job
yet?

I also have a nice bank account, about CAN 50000, can it help me ? My idea
is to be able to sponsor her as soon as possible.

Thank you very much.

PS: I'm also interested in knowing what is the best thing to say to the
officer at the time she arrives.

You don't need to wait - as soon as you can demonstrate that you can support
yourself and spouse in Canada you may file sponsorship application. Without
a job it may be difficult, although your substantial bank account (if it is
in Canada) may be of some help.

What she should say at the border? Always the truth and nothing but the
truth. Lying about intentions may be seemed as gaining admission
fraudulently and such may be a huge obstacle with inland process.

In land applications are for spouse and common law partners. How do
you describe your relationship and can you substantiate it.

See above.

Not possible.

I do not think your plan is well founded and you have not done any
serious research. Start with the CIC website at www.cic.gc.ca. GFs are
not sponsorable only spouses and coomon law partners.
