Default Military service information disclosure

Hello!
I am an Army contract officer ,on a position of Civil Engineer.
According to the law, I bear responsibility to SafeGuard Defense information, that includes Names of my commanders , Unit numbers, and even Branch of Service ( exact one), and it contradicts with demands of schedule 1, paragraph 14- Military service information.
Moreover, when i came to the part of work experience declaration, there are demands that appliable to commertial organisation or regular government service, not an army.
Does Immigration Service provide any specific procedure for this case?
