Military Personnel Posted in Canada

Do military personnel stationed in Canada and spouses received 10 points
under factor 5 (skilled workers) will working in Canada under international
agreements?
Example: Husband is in the British Forces and stationed at a base in
Canada;
Wife is working under an employment authorization;
