Default Medicals (in UK)

Does the CIC/examining doctors contact the applicant's GP as part of the medicals. Are the applicants asked to provide the contact details of their GPs?

Or, does the final outcome depend only on the results of the examniation and the information provided by the applicants on their medical history?

generally speaking, the doctor's address and contact info is stamped alongside their signature.

Thanks nervous_wreck.

Do you mean part of the forms is to be completed by your GP before the medical examination?

Your GP has nothing to do with the medical exam. The DMP does the exam and then sends you off for x-ray and blood work.
