Evening all

I have a question re the medical requirements. OH has a conditional job offer as a nurse, we will be going over on WP for a year then PNP in Alberta all being well.

I understand the medical staff WPs require a medical prior to issue. I am not clear though if that includes spouse and kids. Do we all get medicals? or just OH?

I have no reason to believe a medical will be an issue for any of us, I'm just trying to be as aware of whats coming as possible.

Assuming you are from a country that does not require medicals for a stay greater than 6 months in Canada, only the OH (nurse) will require a medical. Although your open work permit will restrict where you can work. (food, medical, children)
