In spousal applications all must be done upfront and included in the application package. Why don't you read instructions and checklists? How do you want to make a complete application without reading and following all instructions and checklists?

Not really snotty....some may argue factual...However I think on this occassion, with such an important application, that you should read everything in the info pack....because it can set you back months if you have missed something out.

To answer your question... don't know....I'll have to read the info (hehe)
