We're at the Medical Request stage so things are progressing nicely for us. The only problem is CIC made an error on the form. Trying to speak to an actual person is of course nearly impossible but I've completed their 'web form' and sent an email which they say they will respond to within 28 days. That means we have to wait to arrange the medicals until they get back to us. Should be fine as we have a 60-day deadline.

Just wondered whether anyone else had an error on their medical form (IMM 1017) and if you did, how long did it take CIC to correct their mistake and re-send the form?

1. Depends on the error. Most minor errors can be corrected by the Designated Medical Panel. If you told us the error, then maybe someone could help.

Thanks for replying. The error is that they put the wrong country as my place of birth. That's it. Everything else is correct.

The DMP can correct that, take your passport to the Medical exam.
