Default Medical Exams.....

I am married to a canadian citizen and we are going thru the sponsorship process i am residing in the United States at this time. When you submit sponsorship and PR all together do you have to have the medical exam done with all of that or do they then request the exam after u have submitted everything???

You do it up front and submit proof with your application. Check out the guide for spousal cases for the visa office in your area on the CIC's website. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3910e.pdf
