Why you haven't got any answer is that probably no one can figure out what
your question is. It appears that your daughter has applied for
Immigration. Since she has married, her husband has to be included in her
application. He is in Holland and CHC New Delhi has sent the medical forms
to your daughter for him. If this is correct, then send the medical forms
to him and have him do the medicals in Holland at one of DMPs (Designated
Medical Practitioners) in Holland.
See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contact...therlands.html for a list
of DMPs in Holland.
