Today, I got a letter from Buffalo, I am not sure it is an Interview Waiver, because it
says: We anticipate being able to finalize your application in the Regional Program Center
without a personal interview. However, at any stage in the processing of your application,
the visa office may determine that an interview is necessary. What is that? a Waiver or a
half Waiver?

For the Med Exam: Is there any low fee doctors in Philly, New York, Newark? I called on in
San Francisco. It costs 220 for phisical exam, and 89 for X-rate. 309 totally. Please tell
me some low fee doctors who can do that in Philly, New York, Newark area. Thanks a lot.

the Visa officer has the right at any stage of the process to ask you to attend an
interivew.
