yes, you can be sponsered through the spousal route. Once your married to a PR, they have to be residing within Canada for them to sponser you.
Have a read of the wiki as this gives you lots of information about the spousal immigration. if you have any other questions, the guys on here are very good.

Why does it matter if she sees it? If she does join the forum, then won't it be a good thing for her to know what's involved in the sponsorship process once you're married?

Not sure why the OP has deleted all of his posts on this thread, but just for the benefit of anybody reading in the future, the OP's original question was about whether there was any immigration benefit once he marries a PR, and specifically whether it would enable him to stay once his IEC visa runs out.

Edmontonian kindly gave him the answer, and as it seems the OP no longer wants to participate in this thread, I'll close it.
