I am heading to the High Commission tomorrow to drop off my passports too!
I'm planning to head there around 1.30pm to be on the safe side. I'm paranoid about not being there in time to drop my things off.
I'm planning to wear a red top and black jeans with red shoes, so if you spot someone who looks like that, say hello.

Finally, after stalking the postman, we have received our request for passports this morning. 
However, work requires me to travel to Czech rep for all next week. two weeks at the earliest before i can drop off passports in person

Yes, My wife and I will be going to collect the pasport/ visa in two weeks unless we get struck by lighting or some such disaster. send a pm and we can meet up for a celebration drink somewhere.
