Default LMO rejected -Restarotaion rejected-PR in proess...Need Help

Hi,

I am in toronto since 2006.I came on student visa and working on workpermit since 2 years.i have applied for federal skilled worker application in May 2009.File has been transfered to newyork in May 2010. NO decision yet.

I applied for LMO twice and got rejected.I then applied for restoration as a visitor and that too rejected. As a refusal i received a letter saying "your applictaion is rejected.Leave immediately"

My questions are:
1.What is departure letter/removal letter/deportation letter
2.How these letters can affect to my PR file if i dont leave canada or overstay for a month from the date of a letter received.
3.In How many days i have to leave to be at safe side for my PR file?

Thanks,

The word "immediately" says it all - that answers all your questions.
If you do not leave, you risk any current or future application for PR.
If you leave and then return for 6 months as a visitor, you might be able to find another job and try again, but if you have a record of overstaying, they are likely to view your entry with great suspicion next time.
