I would like to know, if it is possible to hire for the program live in care
giver my sister who is in my former country?
I'm a Canadian Citizen and my son is also Canadian.

She must have either experience or training as a Live In Care Giver.

You can make her an offer and refer the matter to HRSD who will decide of
you qualify as an employer based on your needs and ability to meet your
obligations and your attempts to recruit locally. The second step is to see
if your sister will be acceptable
to a visa office. My expereince is that visa officers are skeptical when you
attempt to hire a relative.
