Default A little help please

Hi just a quick question. My partner and I are getting married in a couple of weeks and she wants to keep her maiden name. I have no problem with this but does anyone think it will cause problems with a spousal application we plan for the near future?
Thanks very much.

So long as you have evidence of marriage, why would it cause a problem? Easier to demonstrate than proving common law and both parties there often have different last names.

Thanks Aviator, that's what I thought but had to check. Thanks again.
