Default Liberals win Ontario election

<GROAN> I guess it's time to head for Alberta.

Better still, head for the US.
The way things are going, Democrats won't get back into power for
another 50 years.
I am sure you will be happy living under the rule of the neo-Nazi Bush
Family And Co.

So, not being overly excited at paying taxes through your nose makes you a
Neo-Nazi now, doesn't it? So what do you people call David Duke? Just
curious.

The US doesn't particularly tempt me, but you can bet that a lot of
businesses (and jobs, of course) will be heading that way. Levis moves out
of Ontario because the costs are too high...and how do the Liberals react?
By increasing taxes from 12% to 14%. Such solid economic judgement just
doesn't bode well, sorry.

Not at all !

At the same time, it is not exactly a comforting thought that our
Govt. uses all of our tax money for waging wars around the world and
to provide "economic aid" to state terrorist countries.

All this at a time when almost 60% of ordinary, hard-working Americans
are without any health coverage (or useless coverage).
The public school system is in the toilet and civil liberties are
being molested.

It is all very well for you to have the choice between "liberals" and
"conservatives" - here we have no choice at all.

If you ask me, you (and other Canadians) should consider yourself
fortunate to be living where you live.
Of course, you will have some issues and problems of your own and
every country does.
But you must be thankful that you are not living in a neo-Nazi police
state that the US is fast becoming.

My heart goes out for that poor German minister (Herta Daeubler
Gmelin) who last year stated that Bush's policies are not too
different from Adolf Hitler's.
Her political career ended because of that unfortunate statement, but
she was not too far wrong.

Anyhow, enough of political debate
You will most likely disagree, and we can take this conversation OTL.
Kindly email all responses to my email.

Best regards.
