Default Letter from an employer for arranged employment

I have a question regarding arranged employment points.
I am currently working in Canada with a work permit and from
my understanding, I need a letter from my employer saying
that they will hire me permanently.

So what exactly should my employer say?
Can it be something like,
"I intend to hire Mr. ABC once he becomes a landed immigrant."

No salary info, job title, etc?

Thank you in advance.
