Default Lawyers from Canada v. Abroad

Hi Mr. Islam,

I recommend you choose a lawyer from Canada. They are better versed in
CANADIAN immigration law and must be insured and registered with a
provincial law society.

With today's technology, communicating with clients overseas is no problem.
In fact, we meet many of our clients face to face only when they land in
Canada

Even if one goes for lawyer/agent, one always needs to do his/her
homework well before applying.

for eg: find out the rules..eg delay time, new rules and most of all
take the test if you are not a native speaker.

there is no point in called yourself fluent in a language and
calculate
your own points on that basis and later while processing you have to
take the test and you end up getting below 7 (in case of english) in
the different sections.

get the letters from your previous employers all that you get
and other evidences of work experience and then take them to a lawyer
and decide if the case is worth going for or not.
