Default Last Minute panic, how long do things take.

Hi,
We have our PR cards and for us to meet the 730 days in 5 years rule we need to be in BC by the 3rd week in July.
We have been waiting years to sell our house and we have just accepted an offer for it so we have to sell and move within 10 weeks.
This means that we are trying to exchange contracts in 5 weeks, complete in the next 3 then have a 2 week window to travel.
this allows us only three weeks after exchange of contracts to organise selling our goods that we wont be taking and organising transport for the remainder we will be taking and our pet.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me information on how long it takes to organise a company to transport our goods and another to transport our dog, would we be able to do it in the three week window that we will hopefully have.
thanks in advance
A rather panicking and stressed Dave.
