landing in toronto/transit US visa/SIN
Have to land in Canada ASAP (not going to stay there for more than a week), It's much cheaper from where i live to travel to New York than to Toronto ( and I can take a train to Canada from NYC), i am curious if it is be difficult to get a US transit visa in case i want to go to Canada this way. Is US transit visa single or multiple?
Another thing - what will be the consequences if I land in Vancouver and apply for SIN there, but will move to ON 3-4 month later?

If you need US visa then you most likely may forget it - you won't get it as you are an immigrant cutting your ties to home country and not having any to Canada yet. But you may try... good luck.
