Hi,
I am planning to land in last week of Nov05. I have few questions before I land.

1. As proof of funds does my US bank statement and ATM receipt of same day will work or is it better to take cashier check/travel check?

2. When declaring the money should I declare all the money including bank+cashier check money or only what I have with me that time?

3. I am landing through NY/ONT border, can I have Alberta address?
4. Can Alberta address work for SIN card and can apply SIN card in any ONT SIN office?

5. I can not put my car in goods to follow list because I am still paying. How much tax/extra money I have pay if I bring later that is 2000 Honda Accord having more than 100K miles?

Will work fine. Cashier/TC's will only tie up funds and lose you money by swapping and exchanging with less control over ex rate

Explain cash money you have in possession, any other funds in possession, and if needed explain and show evidence of other funds. CIC weren't too fussy with ours and we had $500 cash + credit cards UK and CA bank statements. They weren't even bothered about any of it. Just so long as you know you can prove minimum funds required by documents carried with you

Put the car on the goods to follow list and then pay it off before you officially import it.
