Default Landing Question

I hope that this would be my final question for this forum. I am finally planning to land next Tuesday. I will go to Buffalo (from Toronto) for visa stamping and come back with landing. I am going by a rental car (from Toronto). I prepared for bank statements for my funds, both in U.S. and Canada banks, with a total of more than 10,000 CAD.

My question is about the list of goods at the customs. I already came to Canada on a work permit with my personal belongings, e.g. clothes, laptop, audio, etc. They didn't check the details of my belongings when I came in.

1. Now, do I need to make a list of these stuffs on the B4 form and report them, even though I am not carrying any of these stuffs when I land? If so, I wonder how detailed the list should be, and how much would be the importing taxes I should pay. Also, should I pay tax at the border at the time of landing?

2. What is the difference between B4 and B4A form? Both forms are available in this forum. I'm not sure what the difference is between them.

I'd appreciate any response. Thank you very much.
