Default landing fund proof

Hi, all:

I am going to land early in the next month. I wonder if a job offer
letter can be used as a funding letter? Is there any other stuff except
the bank statement can be used to prove that I have enough fund?

No, job offer letter will not substitute for settlement funds proof. You
must show proof of settlement funds during (cash, current bank statement,
bank draft, traveler checks, etc.) during landing. Requirement for
settlement funds is waived only for those who received points in the
Arranged Employment factor.

Jinbo --

I don't think a job offer will suffice.
Anybody can type-up a job offer, quoting some arbitrary salary figure.
If you don't have bank statements, you need to have actual cash in the
form of cashier's cheque, traveller's cheques, or some such form.

HTH
