Default landing advice needed?

guys,

my wife and I are going out to land in 3 weeks time..... I'm probably cutting it close but do we really need our medical records at this moment ( we're only staying for a month then coming back). Can I get away with our vacination records then request full medical record when we go out properly?

I've got a copy of everything we sent during the initial process and will take that with us but I'm not sure about the medical stuff.

thanks for any help....
marty

You've already been granted PR and are popping over to activate your visas? In that case you don't need to take anything medical related if your application was very straight forward.
