Landed PR from Sweetgrass
Landed on Sat afternoon drove across border at Coutts told IO we were going to Great Falls shopping, pulled into customs area to get our cards for America very few seats only a few officers working after about 40mins my wife needed the toilet asked an IO if she could use the toilet and he said she would need to wait until her name was called for dealing with our cards before she could use the toilet WTF?, after another 20mins we were proccessed with a differant IO who was ok fingerprints and photos taken.
Drove up to duty free to streach our legs then joined the long wait to get back into Canada, after about 50 mins we were getting processed at the immigration desk in Canada loads of seats no need to ask to go the toilet IO told us to take a seat he will do all the paperwork and call us when we need to sign papers, 30 mins later we were back on the road heading home.

You had a VERY different experience to us then But at least your PR now! YIPEE!
From experience I would suggest anyone going across the Coutts/Sweetgrass border to avoid Saturday/Sunday tea times especially coming from the US. The line ups are just horrendous.
