Default Landed immigrant applying for divorse: Mr.Miller or Mr.Jim

Hi experts,
My brother is a landed immigrant of Canada. He was sponsored
by his Canadian (citizen) spouse. His spouse wants to divorse him now.
He landed in Canada few months back. If she divorse him or he
applies for divorse, is there any implication on his permanent
residency since I read in Sponsorship application kit that they
both should sign a three year contract/bond form.

Appreciate your advice.

He can be divorced with no implications for his status. She will still
be respnsible for him for the remainder of the three year period. Of
course should either of them marry again and try and sponsor a new
spouse theye may have problems. Big problems.
