Default Just Wondering

I am currently on a TWP, our application for PNP will be going in next month. Obviously the next stage after PNP if succesful will be a PR application.
Aside from PR applications being rejected because of applicant medical problems or incorrectly filled in applications, are there many other blatantly obvious reasons for rejection?
I would be really interested to hear of any info/experiences you may have.

Any of sections 34 to 42 of the Immigration & Refugee Protection Act is reason to deny entry or rejecting a PR application.
Normally the main ones are criminality and health or having an inadmissible family member.
Persons who have made applications for TWP's dont always have to supply criminal record checks and therefore when applying for PR that is when found out. Not all TWP applications require a medical and again medicals are required for PR.

We made the mistake of sending off for police checks when the first LMO application went in . Not of course required but they came back fine. I know we will have to send off for them again so thats not an issue. As mentioned in my OP, we understand that a medical problem may arise. Hopefully not though.
