Default Job offer in Quebec

I am considering an offer to work in Quebec. the problem is, I have not landed yet and I've got my PR visa through the Federal Process. I really was planning to live in Ontario but the offer is quite tempting.

I've already asked the consulate about the matter but I received no answer so far. All the answers I've received so far in immigration forums is that I should have no problem if I land somewhere else in Canada and move later to Quebec, since as a PR I am free to move. It makes sense but why the fuss about the CSQ then? Would I be denied a PR, SIN or health care case I accept the offer and move to Quebec?

I find the matter pretty confusing...

Why does Quebec have its own immigration system? Politics, that's all.

There is absolutely nothing stopping a Federal selected immigrant moving to Quebec after landing, as long as you don't "land" there or indicate an intention to move there beforehand.

Healthcare is available after 3 month wait normally, I don't think they distinguish between Quebec selected and other PRs. You should check. SIN is Federal, so doesn't require Quebec input.

Some distinction is made in terms of eligibility for French language courses and university tuition at Quebec rates. Other than that, no problem to move to Quebec.

Realistically, the main worry of Quebec is Quebec-selected immigrants moving elsewhere in Canada, not the other way around.
