Default Job Offer Letter.. whats next step ????

Hi everyone hope you are all well,

Just wondered if somebody could help with some advice..

My husband has just received his letter of offer of employment from the job he applied for in BC, we understand his future employers are taking the pnp route but we are not sure what we do now. The start date is for the 1st Sept but we are still in uk and have not applied for any sort of visa yet... its quite overwhelming, im sorry if this question has been answered before on this site, and maybe you are repeating yourself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou

Nic

Is the employer handling the application for PNP? If so, he needs to sign the offer as accepted and return it to the employer. They need the accepted job offer as part of the application package. He will also need to complete some of the federal PR application forms and send copies to include in the application. I can't remember which ones without looking them up but they will be on the BCPNP website.

IMO 1st September is unreasonably optimistic.

I believe average processing time for BCPNP is 3 months so October at the earliest, possibly November
