Default Job offer correct wording for TWP

Hi, I have my LMO and am planning to apply for a TWP at POE shortly. I want to make sure my job offer has the right information to get me in obviously

*Should the job offer for a TWP say it's a temporary position and not permanent?

*Does the job offer need to give the same employment duration as the LMO eg:2 years?

Also,

*Should the job offer ideally list the job's responsibilities? Mine only gives the job title, plus the benefits and salary.

*My job offer gives an annual salary. LMO gives it per hour. Does this matter?

*Is the pay on the job offer allowed to be higher than the LMO agreed figure?

Thanks,
Rob

my job offer said it was a permanent position on it, the company i am going to work for are a large firm in Montreal, I asked the person in charge of my relocation and she said this was fine and legal after consulting a number of immigration lawyers who specialise in Quebec immigration.

Several Canadian provinces are having a bank holiday weekend during Canada's all too brief summer. Sensible folk are out kayaking or something. I'll be doing the same shortly. I'm sure someone who knows the answer to your question will be along eventually.

Thanks for taking the time to write Judy. It's easy to forget what other countries are doing at times
